Things Money Cannot Buy
It’s the things in life which can’t be bought
But we can give away,
That bring someone some sunshine
And brighten up their day.
A pleasant smile, a kindly word
To someone in distress
Will bring them peace and happiness,
And we’ll feel richly blest.
So let us wear a smile for all,
And speak a word of love.
A deed of kindness let us do,
We’ll get help from above.
Remember, it’s the small things
Which money cannot buy
That bring joy and happiness
To others, and you and I.
But we can give away,
That bring someone some sunshine
And brighten up their day.
A pleasant smile, a kindly word
To someone in distress
Will bring them peace and happiness,
And we’ll feel richly blest.
So let us wear a smile for all,
And speak a word of love.
A deed of kindness let us do,
We’ll get help from above.
Remember, it’s the small things
Which money cannot buy
That bring joy and happiness
To others, and you and I.
