Psalm 126
A song of ascents.
When the LORD restored all of the exiles of Zion,
it was like we were dreaming a wonderful dream!
With our mouths full of laughter and tongues full of singing.
Then the nations together exclaimed what they'd seen:
Oh, the LORD has done great things for them, came their voice.
Oh, the LORD has done great things for us; we rejoice.
LORD, restore us our captives like streams in the Negev.
Those who sow with their tears will reap joy in their pain.
Those who go out while weeping with seed for their sowing,
shall return with great joy, bringing home sheaves of grain.
