Look Up, Gentle Shepherds
Look up, gentle shepherds, the angels proclaim:
A savior is born now and Christ is His name.
To God be the glory, the messengers sing,
Let peace reign on earth for Messiah is King!
Look up, faithful wisemen, who follow His star.
Keep searching — you’ll find Him wherever you are.
Lay down all your treasures, an open heart bring;
And bow down before Him, Redeemer and King!
Look up, troubled nations, the cross — He’s not there;
The tomb and the tree are both empty and bare.
O grave, where’s thy victory? O death, where’s thy sting?
For He is alive and He’s reigning as King!
